Tortilla pinwheels are ideal if you’re looking for a super easy appetizer to make. A flour tortilla shell covered with finely chopped vegetables and a mixture of cream cheese and Ranch dressing. Roll it up into a cylinder and slice. It really doesn’t get any easier than that.
Tortilla Pinwheels
Shredded carrots and broccoli with cream cheese rolled in a flour tortilla shell. A light and tasty appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 package (340g) cream cheese softened
- ⅓ cup 3 cheese ranch dressing
- 2 carrots grated
- 2 medium broccoli florets finely chopped
- 2-3 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, broccoli and carrot.
- Spread mixture on flour tortillas leaving ½” from edges. Roll up and cut into 2″ pieces.
