Sweet, fudge like peanut butter squares with fluffy marshmellows.
Servings 16squares
Ingredients
12oz butterscotch chips
1cup peanut buttersmooth
½cupbutter or margarine
2cupssmall marshmallows
Instructions
In a large saucepan, and stirring constantly, melt the butter, butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Stir until blended and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows.
Pour the mixture into a buttered 8 x 8 pan. Let cool and then refrigerate until set (2-3 hours)
Loosen with a knife and carefully drop out of the pan onto a cutting board. Cut into small squares and store in an appropriate container. They can be frozen (My Mom did it all the time)
