Ingredients
2cansPillsbury Crescent Rolls or equip.
1packageranch dressing mix
¾cupmayonnaise
2250 gcream cheese
½ cupred pepperfinely chopped
½cupgreen pepperfinely chopped
½cupbroccoli finely chopped
½cupmushroomsfinely chopped
½cupcarrotsshredded
¾cupold cheddar
Instructions
On a large cookie sheet, lay out the crescent rolls to cover pan. Pinch the seams together. Bake as per directions on package, or 15 mins at 350℉.Remove from heat and allow to cool
Mix ranch dressing, cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
Spread the vegetables over the cream cheese mixture and lightly press into to the mixture.Top with grated cheddar.
Cover with wax paper and chill for 3 hours. Cut into 2 inch squares.
