Moms Vegetable Pizza Bites

Served cold, these pizza bites are a tasty addition to any dinner party, get together, lunch or after-school snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls or equip.
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 250 g cream cheese
  • ½ cup red pepper finely chopped
  • ½ cup green pepper finely chopped
  • ½ cup broccoli finely chopped
  • ½ cup mushrooms finely chopped
  • ½ cup carrots shredded
  • ¾ cup old cheddar

Instructions

  • On a large cookie sheet, lay out the crescent rolls to cover pan. Pinch the seams together. Bake as per directions on package, or 15 mins at 350℉.Remove from heat and allow to cool
  • Mix ranch dressing, cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  • Spread the vegetables over the cream cheese mixture and lightly press into to the mixture.
    Top with grated cheddar.
  • Cover with wax paper and chill for 3 hours. Cut into 2 inch squares.
