soft plain cream cheese

salt and pepper

garlic powder

if using fresh parsley, use 2 tsp
Instructions
Soften the cream cheese for ¾ hr.
Mix all the dry ingredients together and combine thouroughly with the soft cream cheese.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
