Ingredients
1large baguettesliced ½ to ¾ (12 pieces)
3 tbspolive oilextra virgin
1cloveminced garlicminced
2tbsponionminced
2 tbsp parsleychopped (optional)
pinchthymedried
pinchsalt & pepper
1tbspbalsamic vinegar
1½cupradicchiochopped
1cupseedless grapeschopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉Toast baguette slices for 5 minutes.
Combine olive oil with garlic, brush on baguette slices and toast an additional 5 minutes.
Use remaining oil and garlic to sauté onions until tender, add the chopped radicchio, and grapes. Sauté until the radicchio is just wilted. Mix with balsamic vinegar, and thyme. Add salt and pepper to taste.
