Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Blend egg, minced garlic, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and red wine vinegar.
With the blender still running, drizzle olive oil into mixture and continue blending until smooth.
Notes
An immersion blender is ideal for this recipe.
